Our vacation homes are located in Linville Land Harbor, and Linville River Retreat, two welcoming resort communities on Highway 221 between Linville and Linville Falls. 

Land Harbor offers quiet relaxation, as well as many activities for its residents and guests.  Our renters enjoy access to the 18-hole golf course; tennis courts; shuffleboard; swimming pool; and lake and Linville River for boating and trout fishing. Recreation programs include dances, arts and crafts, hobbies, games, and much more!

Linville River Retreat provides charming cottages perched on the banks of the Linville River.  Whether you're a trout fisherman or just love to watch the current flow by, you'll enjoy these pastoral getaways.  Just three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Linville Falls, you'll have endless opportunities for hiking, picnicking, and beautiful views.

Linville Land Harbor and Linville River Retreat are centrally located for Blue Ridge Mountain activities.  They are just minutes from Grandfather Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Linville Falls.  Within 30 minutes are Banner Elk, Newland, Boone, Blowing Rock, Beech Mountain, and Spruce Pine.  You'll have a quiet peaceful vacation getaway, with easy access to many activities and amenities.

Click on the links at the left to see our properties.  In Land Harbor, "Bear Ridge", "Elderberry", and "Laurel Hills" provide 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  "Larkspur" has 2 bedrooms + a bunk room, and 2 baths, and "Snowshoe" has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The tree-shaded RV site offers a large deck.

In the Linville River community, 2 'Fish Camp' cottages (#14 and #16) have a studio plan, with beds in an alcove.  "Dogtrot" cottages (#12 A&B and #30 A&B) have 2 cottages connected with wraparound decks.  They can be rented separately or together.  All have decks overlooking the Linville River.

All of our cottages are fully furnished and equipped for a relaxing vacation. Most have fireplaces and whirlpool tubs, grills, decks, and are pet-friendly.
